Inspire the Youngest Global Citizens with New Resources from Panwapa (Uploaded 3/17/2008): YSA is proud to collaborate with Sesame Workshop and their partner, the Merrill Lynch Foundation, to bring you Panwapa, an initiative to inspire children, ages 4 to 7, to be responsible global citizens. Panwapa – which in the Tshiluba language of the Democratic Republic of Congo means “here on this earth” – has new muppets, new stories, a ground-breaking website (www.panwapa.com), and some exciting activities for kids to connect with their communities and to explore cultures around the world.
