Zamokuhle -- that's a great strategy; especially with the SA gov't being proactive in S&T Policy work. It's a model that India has certainly benefited from in a slightly different form. Curtis, i share the same sentiments. My angle hear in South Africa (SA) is along the lines of encourging the youth to pursue careers in Science, Engineering and Technology which will help the SA in developing a skilled nation and close the gap of skills shortage in the country as well high unemployment levels.
