Hi. My name is Pakou Hang and I am the Deputy Vice President of Field Operations at the Children’s Defense Fund (CDF). As you may already know, CDF is a national organization that grew out of the civil rights movement and is headed by Marian Wright Edelman.
We are looking for volunteers to help us with our campaign to educate our supporters about children’s health reform. We will need the volunteers for Wednesday and Thursday, December 2 and 3. You will be helping us make phone calls to people across the country.
Available time slots are: 10 am - 12 pm; 12-2 pm; 2-4 pm; and 6-8 pm on both Wednesday, December 2 and Thursday, December 3.
