J.S.N.N. is a newly formed nonprofit organization and is seeking an experienced proposal-writer with extensive contacts in the DC Metro area and an interest in working with an upstart organization. As there is no budget or funding currently we are looking for someone willing to work on a pro-bono basis until our organization receives funding and is able to compensate on an hourly basis or an established set rate. We would be grateful for the assistance and want to establish a long-lasting relationship with the right person.
