The Computer Literacy Program works with the Center's other educational programs to provide basic and advanced technology training for adults and children. Volunteers help students develop computer skills and work with the instructor to assess and provide for students' individual needs. Volunteers should have their high school degree or equivalent, strong computer skills, patience, flexibility, and a working knowledge of most major Microsoft products (Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, etc).
Classes run Monday-Thursday, 9:30am-4:30pm.
Volunteer Orientation sessions are held on the first and third Thursdays of the month at 10:00am and 6:00pm. Please contact us to sign up if you are interested in volunteering.
